Change Solutions started in conversation: long interviews with independent owners and chefs who were tired of paying enterprise prices for tools that still left them as the last line of defense every morning.
What we heard
Four full-service operators in Houston walked us through their week: the 6am vendor texts, the margin surprises that showed up Friday night, the handoffs that never quite made it to the opening manager. The gap was never “more charts.” It was a reliable pair of hands for the repetitive ops work, with a real human still signing off.
